Favorite Place was founded by Maria as a way to make days away and long vacations less stressful for both you and your pup. And unlike most boarding services at a kennel or the home of a stranger, Maria comes to you! From daily check-ins to cozy overnight stays, her priority is that your pup is able to stick to the same routine, in the same environment. Just with a friendly new face!

Maria has been dog sitting for over 5 years, after watching multiple friends’ and families’ pups. She has experience with breeds big and small, elderly pups dealing with sundowning, and administering medications (both orally and through injections). Her typical service includes walks, feedings, playtime, etc. but no request is “too much”. She knows your pup isn’t “just a pet”. They are a part of your family. Whether it’s hand feeding, speaking to them with a baby voice, or staying on top of all their tricks/training, Maria is happy to work with you on a personalized plan for your booking.
